DungeonOS — Terms of Service

The Service

DungeonOS is a private, invitation-only tool that Ordesa and its clients use to manage outbound calling, meetings, and email follow-up. It is provided for business use by authorized users only and is not a consumer service.

Accounts & access

Accounts are created and managed by an administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login, for all activity under your account, and for ensuring you are authorized to connect any email mailbox or contact data you add to the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate any applicable law or regulation, including anti-spam, telemarketing, and privacy rules;
• send email or messages to people from whom the required consent has not been obtained;
• access data or mailboxes you are not authorized to access; or
• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.

Connected Google accounts

If you connect a Google account as a sending mailbox, you authorize DungeonOS to send and read email on that account’s behalf solely to provide the Service. Our handling of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect a mailbox at any time from Settings or revoke access from your Google Account.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (including Google, our cloud host, and telephony providers). Your use of those integrations may also be subject to the providers’ own terms.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ordesa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes & termination

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.
